We like to keep a rotation of coffees from different regions. Currently, we work closely with producers from 4 states in Mexico: Puebla, Veracruz, Chiapas, and Oaxaca.

If stored in an air-tight container, freshly roasted coffee can last up to two to three months. Otherwise, it will last a week or two.

We currently ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Once your order has been placed, processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). From there, our carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

All refunds must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. We're sorry you didn't love your coffee. Please reach out to us at contact@anonimocoffee.com if you'd like to refund, and we'll take care of the rest.
